Star Bend boat ramp to close during levee work

The Three Rivers Levee Improvement Authority has announced the temporary closure of the Star Bend boat ramp and parking lot from June 29 through July 20. The closure will be in effect while construction on the Feather River Setback Levee is under way.

Boaters and recreational users are asked to check the project Web site prior to visiting Star Bend as closures are subject to change depending on construction schedules. Additional closure times will be in effect throughout the summer and signs will be posted near the boat ramp with the updated closure dates.
